Accounts Receivable Specialist at Placement Partners Temecula, CA
Must be a US Citizen.
We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to work at our headquarters in Temecula.
The plan is for the job initially to be part-time with the potential to go full time.
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will work closely with Program Management and Contract Specialists and must be comfortable working independently to develop invoices and billing.
This position requires a willingness and ease to flex and adjust to changing tasks, last minute requirements and the unexpected and the unplanned.
Mind reading is a plus! This position will be responsible for Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Invoices:
Qualifications:
Strong Accounts Receivable experience Experience with Government Contract and/or Navy billing is a plus Expert level Excel experience including pivot tables, data analysis, vlookup, index match, etc.
is a plus QuickBooks experience Microsoft Dynamics Financial experience is a HUGE plus Able to work independently, interacting with remote management primarily via internet tools and telephone.
College Degree Required.
Accounting degree preferred.
Good verbal/written skills.
Is courteous and respectful Security clearance a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
