Home Health RN and LVN
We are in search of LVN's and RNs with 1 year clinical experience to perform home visits, no home health experience necessary but a definite plus, including being a bi lingual, Skilled Nursing Facility experience .
Rates start at $30 per visit to $125 for OASIS evaluation.
Skilled Nursing visits are intermittent with services such as and not limited to wound care, I.V., urinary catheter management, enterostomal- colostomy, etc., diabetic management. This entails management of your own time, driving to patients homes in Sunny SoCal, and not being confined in a facility for 8 to 12 hours.
Optima ,A Joint Commission Accredited and Medicare Certified Home Health Agency is led by our Director of Patient Care Services, a Registered Nurse who has had experiences in the Skilled Nursing Facility, Acute, ICU, Pediatrics , Out patient, Hospice and Home Health for close to 20 years and still performs skilled nursing visits to patients homes to serve as a colleague and back up and to provide training and education to the staff.
We are willing to train any candidate that qualify for the positions ,who are willing to be trained , who also embodies maintaining our culture of optimism,compassion and professionalism.
