Our business model is simple and easy to explain - we offer homeowners a choice for their energy supplier - and we do it for less! We sell cheaper and green power at a locked in rate. It sounds easy, because it is.
Currently LGCY Power is seeking sales representatives for an entry level, full time, sales, marketing, and management training position.
At LGCY Power we want to teach you the fundamentals of sales and marketing and develop your talent. We then take our most qualified candidates and move them into management positions, Quickly! This is how we grow, from within.
This is a full time commitment and involves responsibilities including:
o Entry level sales and marketing
o Entry level management training
o Sales and marketing techniques training
o Sales and marketing presentations training
o Face to face sales and marketing of our services to potential clients
LGCY Power cross trains all team members in leadership development which includes:
o Interviewing
o Team building and mentoring
o Leadership
o Sales and marketing training

Requirements for potential candidates:
o 1-2 years of customer service
o Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
o Have a high level of professionalism and integrity
o Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills
o Experience with public speaking or group presentations is a plus
o Demonstrated leadership ability - sports minded a plus
o A 4 year degree preferred, but not required

Due to the nature of our business you must:
o Have a state issued driver's license and reliable transportation
o Must be able to pass a pre-offer back ground check (NO Felonies)
o Must pass pre-offer drug screening
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
