Position: Senior Designer
Reports To: Director of Design
Exemption Status: Exempt

General Description:
If you dream about branding and usability through beautiful designs, and constantly think about new ways to attract the user--Then you're the right candidate for ProSites.
You'll be responsible for investing your design sensibilities and expert knowledge into our custom websites for our clients. This individual can execute stunning designs for our cosmetic and medical market space to stand out from the rest . You will work closely with the design manager to deliver sites that not only look great but provide the best user experience possible.
You will not be in direct contact with clients but you should be great at working with a team to bring our clients feedback and ideas to light.
Individual possess excellent both UI/UX capabilities and can adapt to other internal projects as needed.
Essential Duties:
Create high fidelity design concepts based on customer feedback/input that also fit the framework of the CMS Application
Create a wide variety of themes to be used in our CMS application
Clearly communicates with front end developer the vision of design and address all facets of functionality of the site
Keep up with latest design, web and technology trends in the field
Work in a quickly-paced environment juggling multiple projects with rapid, iterative cycles
Ensure designs communicate desired messaging, engage users and user friendly
Called upon to work on additional print collateral and misc internal projects
Other duties as assigned by management.
Abilities:
A BA/BFA in design (or equivalent training)
Minimum 5 years of experience in visual design for web, mobile or other interactive media
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (CS) Applications and Microsoft Office
Expert Knowledge of HTML/CSS
Familiarity with jQuery and JS a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills; strong desire to move projects forward and be proactive
Strong visual communication knowledge and visual design experience
Expert in typography, layout and color
Windows environmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
