Position: Junior Web Designer
Reports To: Director of Design
Exemption Status: non-exempt

Basic Functions:
ProSites is looking for a Junior Web Designer to assist the team in customizing client websites graphics and other related products. The candidate will work directly in the customization of jQuery slider graphics, banners, headers, logos, custom html code, social media sites, and our mobile site platform sites.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have a critical eye for detail and care about how a website looks and feels.
The position isn't too technical but we do get occasional requests to code an extra functional components to the website so be prepared! Should have prior CSS/HTML knowledge however jQuery/JS experience is a real bonus but not required.
This position will report directly to the Director of Design and work alongside the design team and other departments to deliver time sensitive design requests.
Essential Duties:
Customize customer website graphics e.g. headers, banners, pages, colors and other misc. graphical website components that meet required turn around times
Communicate directly with the customer service team and sales team to gather and process customer input and requirements
Manage queue in CRM Application
Stock and client photo retouching and color enhancements
Customize customer mobile websites for both full custom and semi-custom customer sites
Integrate custom html code and css as needed
Performs self and team quality assurance testing e.g. browser testing
Other duties as assigned by management.
Abilities:
A BA/BFA in design (or equivalent training)
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (CS) Applications and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with HTML/CSS
Familiarity with jQuery and JS a plus
Windows environmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
