Europa Village is looking to fill the position of a full-time Guest Service Manager/Hotel Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for service with an out-going, self-motivated and energetic personality.
This candidate must have excellent communication skills and ability to assist in leading a team.
Previous hotel and supervisor experience is a must.
Reports to Guest Services Manager/Hotel Manager Responsibilities Specific to Guest Services Supervisor Possess and live Europa Village core values.
Responsible for the daily operations of the Bolero Casitas and the INN.
Ensures all guests are received and greeted properly.
Assists in the check in and check out processes to ensure that the process is flawless.
Makes reservations for guests over the telephone or in person.
Responsible for the correct handling of groups - arrivals, luggage, account instructions, departures and adequate staffing for groups.
Acts as the first point of contact for inquiries regarding events throughout the property, including the Tasting Rooms and restaurant.
Ensures that the Accommodations team is always aware of room availability.
Works closely with the Room Attendants to ensure rooms are ready for the arriving guests.
Ability to handle guest complaints and recognize when upper management should be called upon to assist.
Aware of special promotions within the hotel, restaurant, retail shops and Tasting Rooms.
Other duties as assigned.
Expectations of the Guest Services Supervisor Create and foster an environment of teamwork by helping fellow employees or guests without a second thought.
Be comfortable working on feet for long periods of time.
Be able to communicate Europa Village's story.
Ability to treat all associates and guests in a respectful manner.
Arrive at work prepared with excellent personal presentation standards and clean, pressed uniform and appropriate slacks, stockings and shoes.
Arrive on time and be respectful of attendance and punctuality.
Adhere to Europa Village policies and procedures.
Be hospitable, welcoming, and exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to assist where necessary.
Has an eye for attention to detail.
Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
