Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar - Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies - Provide support to staff as needed - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area Skills:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Proficient in computerized systems and software application - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong attention to detail and accuracy We offer competitive pay rates.
