  1. Compliance:
    Demonstrates adherence to the Code of Conduct and compliance policies, addressing and reporting compliance questions, concerns, or suspected violations.

  2. Patient Information:
    Obtains all relevant medical information from patients to identify age-specific needs.

  3. Radiographic Procedures:
    Performs radiographic procedures with a focus on high technical quality.

  4. Radiation Protection:
    Utilizes proper radiation protection measures to safeguard patients from excessive radiation exposure.

  5. Equipment Use:
    Demonstrates efficiency in using all equipment and promptly reports any deficiencies to the immediate supervisor.

  6. Room Maintenance:
    Stocks x-ray rooms between exams and at the end of shifts to ensure readiness for subsequent procedures.

  7. Diagnostic Procedures:
    Conducts appropriate diagnostic procedures as ordered and assists Radiologists during procedures.

  8. Workload Management:
    Takes on additional procedures during periods of heavy workload to maintain workflow efficiency.

  9. Documentation:
    Documents any changes in patient condition using appropriate forms.

  10. Patient Preparation:
    Obtains appropriate medical history before patient examination and ensures patient readiness for the exam.

  11. Additional Duties:
    Performs receptionist and Radiology Assistant duties when necessary.

  12. Radiograph Production:
    Produces radiographs and follows isolation techniques per policy and procedures.

  13. Safety Practices:
    Adheres to ALARA guidelines and applies Universal Precautions in all situations to maintain safety.

  14. Film Production:
    Produces films as needed to support diagnostic procedures.

  15. Other Duties:
    Performs any other assigned duties as required by the supervisor.
