The Customer Service Representative will work in a call center environment and will make inbound as well as outbound call to customersSchedule:
Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm Occasional Saturdays if neededPay Rate:

Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers regarding products and service as well as provide general information regarding questions/issues.
Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative may include:
Answering in bound calls from customers in a professional mannerResearching information using multiple resources and route call to the appropriate resourceProvide customers with product and service information and resolve customers concerns and complaintsEnter customer information in the system and identify and escalate priority issuesCompleting call log and producing call reportsProvide follow up customer calls when necessaryJob RequirementsExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Previous sales experienceStrong data entry / typing skills and computer skillsExperience selling products or services over the phoneMust be willing to submit to a background check and/or drug testMust be age 18 or olderBenefitsAt PrideStaff, we recognize and appreciate our team member's hard work and enthusiasm! The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
