Human Resources Manager

We are on the hunt for a dedicated Human Resources Manager, responsible for guiding and leading our Human Resources functions in alignment with our fundamental values and business targets.
This role, crucial in liaising with departments across three business units in California, will oversee a team of four HR professionals.
Position Status:
This is a salaried role in an establishment operating 24/7.
Candidates should be prepared to work onsite and be available for calls during off-hours, encompassing evenings and weekends.
Compensation:
85K +, based on experience.
Benefits:

Experience and
Qualifications:
A degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related.
PHR or SPHR is a significant advantage.
A decade of HR management experience for a workforce of 300+; expertise in hospitality is a bonus.
Comprehensive understanding of state, federal, and California-specific employment laws.
Proficiency in managing legal issues related to employment, partnering with external legal counsel when necessary.
Experience in diverse HR tasks, from unemployment claims to designing HR processes.
Discretion in handling sensitive data.
Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English are an advantage.
