We are looking to hire immediately for the position of office assistant.
The office assistant will work directly with the CEO, Gus Searcy, to handle day to day operations.
We are looking for someone who is computer savvy.
Must be able to compose, send and receive emails.
Knowledge of QuickBooks and Fishbowl (inventory system) is preferred.
Process orders received online and create shipping labels through UPS and USPS for our product is the Showermiser.
The office assistant is also responsible for manual entries of orders into our inventory tracking system and other routine office tasks.
The position is flexible in hours and days can be discussed during interview.
Training can be provided to the right candidate.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for part time flexible work week.
