Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting in office operations, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, data entry, processing orders.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, and place orders when necessary - Organize and schedule installations with customers, ordering materials, coordinating jobs with installers.
- Assist in data entry and managing invoices - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports - File and maintain records in both physical and electronic formats - Support sales staff members
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role - Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Mac system - Knowledge of office systems and procedures - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
