5 Temecula, CA Temecula, CA $20 - $24 an hour $20 - $24 an hour The HR Coordinator is responsible for the administrative tasks related to the hiring, processing and maintenance of employees.
This role provides administrative support to the human resource functions, as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and Human Capital Management entry.
Essential Job Functions Duties include, but are not limited to:
Conducts onboarding of employees, including New Hire Processing and New Hire Orientation as needed.
Collaborates with the departmental supervisors for onboarding of new hires.
Enters and processes employee information in the HR/Payroll system.
Maintains and updates employee records following company standards.
Creates new employee files following standard operating procedures.
Handles employee inquiries timely and with excellent customer service.
Assist with employee relations as needed including disciplinary actions and coaching's.
Assists with processing of voluntary terminations, including the exit coordination process.
Files documents into appropriate employee files.
Keeps employees informed via monthly newsletter.
Assists in supporting the Human Resources Department, in other areas, as needed.
Attend and participate in staff meetings, in-services, projects, and committees as assigned.
Accept assigned duties in a cooperative manner; and perform all other related duties as assigned.

Experience Minimum of two ( 2) years of clerical experience required.
One (1) year of documented work within the Human Resources field required.
High School Diploma or GED Required.
An Associates level or Human Resources Certification preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
