The ideal candidate will be flexible, personable, have great multitasking and problem-solving skills, and patient care experience.
This position will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, including but not limited to:
Assisting with daily administrative duties Assisting in coordinating patient care Email and calendar management Driving our doctor to appointments as needed Running errands as needed Assisting with patient care within our internal medicine clinic Assisting with event planning and coordination as needed Possible out of state travel Other duties as assigned Because this assistant would be working in a medical office and for a doctor, applicants with medical backgrounds are appreciated.
8 hour shifts ranging from 8AM - 7PM Applicants with MA certification is a plus Job Type:
