Key
Responsibilities:
Managing Office:
Managing wages, hours, and contacted employees, Meet or exceed monthly production and collection goals, Maintain safe and healthy work environment, Provide training and mentorship to front and back office team members and HR coordinating.
Scheduling:
Balance productivity and staff workload while ensuring our patients receive top-notch care.
Insurance Billing:
Thoroughly able to check and verify insurance benefits for each patient.
Able to know a standard breakdown maximum and percentage of insurance with their individual fee schedules.
A extended knowledge of billing and following up on dental insurances.
Patient-Centered Approach:
Connect with patients on an emotional level from the very first interaction, understand their needs, and assist them in making informed decisions about their treatment journey.
Overcome obstacles and inspire confidence in our practice's goals and vision.
Skills and Requirements:
In-depth Knowledge:
Profound understanding of Orthodontic procedures, including appliances, Invisalign and dental field basics.
Proven experience in office management or a similar role Dental
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental office manager role or equivalent.
Bilingual:
English & Spanish Exceptional Communication:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Insurance and Financial Acumen:
Thorough knowledge of financing options such as Care Credit.
Knowledge of all insurance companies, as well as knowledge in being able to follow up with insurances and get benefits.
Tech-Savvy:
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Gmail.
Patient-Centric:
Dedication to providing outstanding customer service and putting our patients' needs first.
