-Dental Office experience - Schedule patient appointments and maintain medical records using Eaglesoft Dental Software - Provide excellent patient service by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and assisting with patient check-in and check-out - Handle medical receptionist duties such as verifying insurance information and collecting co-payments - Occasional Assist with dental office procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental office setting with knowledge of dental terminology - Proficiency in using Eaglesoft systems - Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional patient service - Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Job Type:
