Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
o Salary ranges from $75,000-$88,000 annually, depending on education and experience.
o Full-time, salaried position o Monday - Friday, Saturday sessions available upon requestWork Environment:
o This job operates in a professional healthcare environment in client homes, the community, and center-based environments when applicable.
o This is not a remote position.

comResponsibilitiesAdministers, conducts, evaluates and supervises the implementation of behavioral assessment measures (e.

, VB-MAPP, Vineland) and functional assessment measuresDevelops individualized, evidence based, culturally sensitive goals and objectives for home, community, and center-based programsDesigns behavior support plans based on functional assessment dataEnsures appropriate behavior data collection systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individualized data driven goals and objectivesTrains and supports behavior therapists on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systemsConducts regular parent training and consultation, per prescribed planWrites 3- or 6-month concurrent reports for insurance companiesParticipates in weekly clinical meetingsParticipates in monthly staff-wide trainingsAgrees to complete 28 (twenty-eight) hours of billable hours each work week.
If not consistently met, 30 days (thirty) to achieve this standard before a transition to part time status occurs.
Communicate with insurance companies and other care providersCompletes documentation of services in a timely mannerQualified Behavior Analysts supervise RBTsRemains current regarding research and evidence-based practicesCompletes competency assessments for RBTs per HealthPro Pediatrics policy timelinesCompetently delivers services via telehealth, when necessaryMaintains accurate and up to date CAQH profile and NPICollaborates and coordinates care with other evidenced based disciplines, medical providers, educatorsCompletes and maintains all mandatory in-house trainings, including telehealth, within the corresponding organization policy timelineMaintains electronic data collection system and stores all assessments, treatment plans, behavior plans, concurrent reports, etc.
in the EMRAdditional tasks, as assigned by supervisor.
Completes accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management systemStrictly adheres to Behavior Analyst Certification Board's The Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.
Follows guidelines set forth in the Council of Autism Service Providers':

QualificationsRequired:
Master's Degree or PhD in Applied behavior Analysis, education or other related fieldRequired:
CURRENT AND ACTIVE Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and licensure if applicable per stateRequired:
Experience working with children ages 0-16 implementing ABA; experience implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis; Educational, Speech, or Allied Health Services experienceRequired:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
