is a growing family owned and operated, property management company located in Temecula.
For nearly 20 years, we have been managing residential properties throughout Southern California, with the bulk of our managed homes located within Temecula and Murrieta.
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team located in Temecula! This position will be responsible for processing new work order requests, coordinating estimates, and following up on open work order requests.
Summary:
Position will be responsible for taking new incoming maintenance requests and working with owners, tenants, and vendors to ensure work orders are responded to in a timely fashion.
Applicant must have excellent costumer service sills, and be able to handle multiple on-going projects simultaneously.
Applicant must enjoy a varied and changing work environment with each day being different than the day before.
Strong organization and task management are a must.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Process new, incoming work order requests Coordinate estimates and approved repairs between owners, vendors, and tenants Update all parties and system notes in a timely fashion Follow up on approved work orders to ensure timely completion by vendors REQUIREMENTS:
Strong customer service skills Strong computer and typing skills.

Experience:
