Position Overview:
The Assembly Coordinator will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our customers' needs and our team of Assembly Technicians.
This position requires a blend of excellent customer service skills and efficient coordination abilities to ensure a seamless assembly experience for our customers.
Key
Responsibilities:
-Act as the primary liaison between customers and the assembly team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
-Coordinate scheduling and logistics for the assembly and installation of fitness equipment at customer locations.
-Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding assembly schedules, processes, and expectations.
-Work closely with the Assembly Manager to optimize technician schedules and resources.
-Monitor and track the progress of assembly tasks, providing updates to both customers and the Assembly Manager.
-Assist in resolving any issues that arise during the assembly process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Maintain accurate records and documentation of assembly schedules, customer interactions, and technician assignments.
Key Requirements:
-Proven experience in a coordination or customer support role.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively.
-Proficient in Google Office Suite and capable of learning new software quickly.
-A proactive problem-solver who can make informed decisions under pressure.
-Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience in the fitness equipment industry or a similar technical field.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related area.
