The requirements for this regular part-time position are listed below:
20-24 hours/week (must be on-site, not remote) and be in the office at least 3 days a week Very good attention to detail Reliable At least some experience in Outlook mail (or any major email in an office setting) Comfortable with Excel (maintaining existing spreadsheets and creating new ones - we do not currently have a database but will in the future) Comfortable with WORD, Adobe Acrobat, and internet searches Able to track when certain payments are due, using our online accounts for payment, etc.
Comfortable communicating (in writing) to potential residents via email including attaching files to email responses Able to work independently once you learn the ropes.
