Job Description &
Qualifications:
This position will provide the following front office and administrative support to Community Association Managers and the communities they manage:
Issuing work orders, violation letters, and drafting correspondence.
Prepare and administer association mailings.
Assist with property inspection reports and follow-up action items.
Assist with architectural plan processing and applications if needed, Handle customer service calls and office visits from homeowners and vendors.
Maintain any events calendar and provide facility keys/fobs for designated communities.
Receives the public and answers questions in person and by phone.
Retrieve and direct voice mail messages daily.
Open and process incoming mail daily.
Operate office machines as needed including copiers, printers and postage machine.
Log incoming deliveries and ensure pick-ups from front desk.
Prepares outgoing mail for daily courier service.
Order office supplies.
Assist with mailings and special projects.
Perform other clerical duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
AA Degree and/or High School degree and between 1-3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
HOA industry knowledge a plus.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service skills coupled with problem solving/analytical skills.
Must be organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
Ability to manage priorities and workflow and meet all deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Word.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work flexible hours if requested on occasion.

Pay The pay range for this position is $19-20/hour, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
