We service from the border to Oxnard and everywhere in between.
All of our employees are remote, and this position would be remote after 90 days.
The first 90 days will be training in office at our headquarters in Temecula, CA.
We are looking for someone to fill the role of Procurement Coordinator.
We perform thousands of jobs a year that we must quote and order parts for.
The Procurement Coordinator is in charge of organizing, ordering, and tracking all material that needs to be supplied for the job.
Essential Duties:
Ordering and tracking all materials Keeping all portals up to date with correct ETAs.
Submitting all quotes and creating all approvals.
Communication with other members of Performs any other duties as assigned by Management and/or Owner.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Organized Strong Communicator Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and as a team member in a busy environment.
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
