Summary:
Under the supervision of the TBS Director, or designee, provides comprehensive administrative support to the Administrative Services by performing the following:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Assist in the completion of TBS billing and audits.
Handle direct correspondence related to Temecula Administrative personnel.
Maintain office mail, files and prepare materials as assigned.
Greet and provide information and assistance to visitors.
Handle telephone, FAX and written communication effectively.
Assist in the completion of TBS billing.
Perform other duties as deemed necessary for the fulfillment of program requirements.
Qualifications:
Required:
A High School diploma or its equivalent and one year experience or three years office experience; ability to type 40 wpm; knowledge or Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
Ability to clear Community Care Licensing hiring requirements.
Must have CA driver's license, automobile, and evidence of automobile liability insurance.
