Power Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Temecula CA.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, other duties may be assigned:
Responsible for customer calls/requests for quotations, order processing and troubleshooting Primary focus will be our healthcare vertical with backup duties to our education vertical when needed.
Coordinate orders to customer's needs and inventory schedule.
Prepare shipping documents such as export papers and commercial invoices.
Provide data review and analysis for key accounts in support of sales effort.
Receive incoming leads, fulfill requests, and forward information to appropriate personnel.
Ensure a positive customer service image.
Receive and resolve all incoming customer complaints & concerns.
Accurate and skilled data entry to both the ERP and CRM systems Act as a liaison between Sales departments, and customers both nationally and internationally Directing customers and others to the proper areas for the information needed.
Work closely with Operations and Sales to communicate and assist with customer inquiries.
Follow up with customers and/or Account Managers with information relating to their orders.
Participate in special departmental projects.
Assist supervisor in daily departmental activities as needed.
Can be called upon to complete special projects or tasks on time with great accuracy and on time with minimal supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Strong attention to detail and delivering on time.

years of Customer service experience required.
A strong communicator both oral and written.
2
years of CRM usage.
ERP experience preferred, NetSuite a plus.
Strong MS Office suit of programs including MS Word, Outlook, Excell and PowerPoint Team player and the ability to work in an ever-changing team environment.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Proficient in English, Strong oral and written communication skills.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract and calculate basic prices and margins.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or verbal form.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS None COMPUTER SKILLS High level of proficiency in Microsoft office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of graphic and websites development software.

The employee will be required to assist in tradeshow booth setup.
