Requirements for the entry-level Customer Account Manager include:
Degree in Communications, Leadership, or Hospitality is preferred but not necessary.
Minimum of 2 years experience in customer relations, account management, or other entry-level customer service roles.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Self-motivated with a high energy level.
Capable of working independently or within a team setting.
Demonstrate good judgment, integrity, and business ethics.
Adaptable to troubleshooting problems as they arise with customers or becoming the voice of reason amongst other Customer Account Managers.
Able to multitask and stay organized.
As an entry-level Customer Account Manager, you will initially be responsible for:
Creating customer relations, providing exceptional customer service, and determining how needs can be met through the services offered.
Communicating efficiently with customers professionally to identify issues and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Maintaining customer files and overseeing the successful completion of services by Customer Account Managers to maximize client revenue growth.
Attending and engaging in meetings with other entry-level professionals to increase customer service and training abilities to improve overall customer retention.
