We are seeking to hire a full-time Foreclosure Title Specialist I.
The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of title experience, excellent written communication skills, a strong work ethic, and heavy attention to detail.
Legal experience in a high-volume service-oriented environment, Foreclosure experience is a plus.

Summary:
Under general supervision, the Foreclosure Title Specialist I is responsible for providing support in our Non-judicial States related to Title, Post Sale processing and all accommodation recordings.
This assistant will be responsible for assisting our servicers needing to convey insured loans under the FHA and VA guidelines from start to final title package acceptance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Accommodation Assistance Recordings for all states Prepares Accommodation Assignment requests and sends for recording Proofs coworkers completed work for accuracy and handles all non-judicial states e-recordings via Simplifile Title Product Review & Processing on non-judicial states:
Assist with the tracking and maintaining of case load related title tasks at initial intermediate and final stages in client portal and Morty trackin Provides status updates, obtains payoffs when applicable and works on title releases Post-Sale Foreclosure Process:
Monitors Client Portal events & Morty related to Post-Sale tracking Prepares After Sale Assignments and forwards to lenders for execution tracks and records Intake of all Notice of Intent (NOI) & Documentation in Bidder Info page Data entry for 3rd Party Contact Information Handles the coordinating and drafting of the Reverted & 3rd Party Trustees Deeds for non-judicial states Records and tracks the Trustees Deeds for non-judicial states Requests post sale servicer sale proceeds checks with accounting Requests post sale refund check with accounting Requests Shipping Labels for Clients and purchasers Performs other related post sale duties as assigned by the Foreclosure Supervisor FHA/VA Conveyances:
Confirm property is not under FHA 2nd Chance Program Confirms and verifies with the servicer the property is vacant Monitors and tracks the Eviction attorney file if occupied Requesting of feeapproval for Conveyance processing of fees and costs Requests & tracks any necessary/mandatory conveyance extensions Ordering Title Preliminary Title Report, Review, & updates Grant Deed drafting and receipt tracking Requesting the Certificate of Acceptance HUD/VA and receipt tracking Requesting of Mobile Home Label Verification Letter and receipt tracking Requesting of Tax Assessor Sheet and receipt tracking Monitoring of Recording Instructions by the servicer & upon clearance then records the Grant Deed Responsible for Final Title Product the Title Policy at time of Grant Deed Recording Assemble the Final Title Package to HUD/VA Uploads on HUD p260 Yardi files the Final Title Package/Uploads to VALERI or email submission to VA the Final Title Package Confirms the conveyance is accepted by the FHA or VA Closes the Conveyance file in Morty timely & requests final billing Completes any Post-Sale Conveyance Chronology Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Preferred:
Minimum of 1 year of title experience in any related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Computer Skills required:
Microsoft Word; Adobe Acrobat; Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Access.
