As a Software Development Engineer II on the Service Engineering team you will be supporting the SI & Service Engineering team. This team is instrumental in ensuring that Premera's customer gets accurate and timely IT support. You will develop and maintain system modernization using a tool new to Premera, Azure HealthBot. Premera is undergoing a technology transformation and you will help drive the future of IT Support. What you'll do Enthusiastically participate in analysis, design, and new development of the Inspire application and integration activities in a fast-paced environment Design and implement new features and make improvements to existing features Build code in an agile delivery method with a focus on continuous improvement Create testable code with a passion for quality Focus on automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) As an agile team member, you will triage, fix, and communicate production issues Prepare and maintain system, application, and program-level documentation as needed Demo the technology you build, collaboratively incorporate feedback received from stakeholders What you'll bring At a minimum, the incumbent will possess education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree plus one (1) year of relevant experience, knowledge of software development lifecycle and skills to utilize one or more programming language (Required) Experience developing Azure Health Bot Experience with chatbot architecture and building self-service workflows. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
