Job Overview:
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders - Assist with bookkeeping using QuickBooks - Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette - Coordinate calendars and schedule appointments - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Assist with project coordination as needed Skills:
Required Skills:
