Job duties to include but are not limited to:
Answering calls, emails, and chats from customers.
Assisting customers with placing orders, issues, and returns.
Uploading and updating product listings on our websites.
Updating of websites for new sales/promotions.
Tracking of inventory for our two online brands.
Keeping your work area clean.
All other job duties as needed.
This position is great for someone with prior e-commerce experience.
Experience with Shopify and customer service is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
This position is full-time, Monday through Friday.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
